Provides access to peer-reviewed biomedical research, covering a wide range of topics.

BRIN Biomedical Journal

Business Source Premier

CLCD
Children's Literature Comprehensive Database (CLCD) is a subscription-based information retrieval service designed to meet the needs of organizations and individuals who work with children's books and non-book materials. To access the CLCD database, you will be prompted for a login and password, but you can leave them blank and simply click ok to log in.
Contemporary Authors
Provides complete biographical and bibliographical information and references on more than 120,000 U.S. and international authors.
The CQ Researcher
Offers comprehensive reporting and analysis on political and social issues in the news. In-depth reports include coverage of topics such as health, international affairs, education, the environment, technology and the U.S. economy. Credo Reference

GreenFILE indexes scholarly and general interest titles, as well as government documents and reports. This resource offers a unique perspective on the positive and negative ways humans affect the environment. Drawing on the connection between the environment and disciplines such as agriculture, education, law, health and technology, GreenFILE serves as an informative resource for anyone concerned about the issues facing our planet. The database contains nearly 300,000 records, full text for selected titles and searchable cited references for more than 200 titles as well.
EBSCO MegaFILE
Provides full text for nearly 12,000 total publications, with indexing and abstracting for more than 16,000 publications. Coverage spans every area of academic study, offering information as far back as the 1800s. Contains more than 84,000 biographies, 86,000 primary source documents, 10,000 company profiles and an image collection of more than 107,000 photos, maps and flags. MegaFILE is comprised of EBSCO's Academic Search Premier, Business Source Premier, MasterFILE Premier and Regional Business News databases.
ECOTOX
From the US Environmental Protection Agency, the ECOTOX (ECOTOXicology) database provides single chemical toxicity information for aquatic and terrestrial life. ECOTOX is a useful tool for examining impacts of chemicals on the environment.

Comprehensive coverage of a broad range of education topics and educational specialties, featuring in-depth abstracts as well as full-text articles, links to cited websites and images. Search by keyword, subject, personal names, title words, publication, year, type of article, or any combination.
EDUCAUSE

This multi-disciplinary database provides full text for more than 2,050 general reference publications with full text information dating as far back as 1975. Covering many general interset subject areas, it also includes more than 350 full-text reference books, 84,074 biographies, 86,132 primary source documents, and an Image Collection of 107,135 photos, maps and flags. Mental Measurements Yearbook Online

Mental Measurements Yearbook(MMY) contains full-text information about, as well as reviews of, most English-language standardized tests covering educational skills, personality, vocational aptitude, psychology and related areas. The full-text for each record includes an overview of the test, a description of the test materials and time needed to administer the test, as well as one or more reviews of the test including reliability and validity of the test. MMY DOES NOT provide the user with a copy of the standardized test. The test must be purchased from the publisher. Hints on how to use the MMY can be found at the publisher's website.

National Academies Press
The National Academies Press (NAP), operating under charter granted by the Congress of the United States, publishes reports issued by: the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Engineering, the Institute of Medicine, and the National Research Council. It publishes over 200 books a year on a wide range of topics in science, engineering, and health, capturing the most authoritative views on important issues in science and health policy. Currently there are over 3,000 e-books on this site.

Native Health Database
The Native Health Databases contain bibliographic information and abstracts of health-related articles, reports, surveys, and other resource documents pertaining to the health and health care of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Canadian First Nations. The databases provide information for the benefit, use, and education of organizations and individuals with an interest in health-related issues, programs, and initiatives regarding North American indigenous peoples.

A project of the University of Michigan Digital Library Production Service, this database includes more than 6 million records from 604 institutions.
Opposing Viewpoints
Provides information on social issues, including: viewpoint articles, topic overviews, statistics, primary documents, links to Websites, as well as full-text newspaper and magazine articles.
OSTI
The Virtual Library of Energy, Science, and Technology is hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Scientific and Technical Information. This resource provides access to scientific communication on research and development findings in the form of full-text publications, reports and books.
